What we collect and why.

The short version

We collect your name, email, and which persona you picked (player, parent, coach, club). We use them to send you the resource you asked for and an 11-day email walk-through. We don’t sell your data. You can ask us to delete it any time.

What gets collected

• Name and email — only what you type into the form.
• Persona — to send the right resource and write to you in the right voice.
• Submission timestamp.
• Standard server logs (IP, user agent) at the request edge.

Where it lives

Your record is stored in our Supabase database. Email delivery goes through Gmail. The data does not leave these two systems for any third-party marketing tool. We don’t use behavioral retargeting pixels on this site.

Email

The 11-day walkthrough is transactional follow-up to the resource you requested. Every email has an unsubscribe path (reply with “unsubscribe” until we wire a one-click link). When you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and mark your record inactive within 7 days.

Your rights

Email cj@maxformsoccer.com with the subject line “data request” to:

• See everything we have on you.
• Have it deleted.
• Have it corrected.
• Opt out of email.

We act within 7 business days.

Minors

If the player is under 13, sign up with a parent’s email and treat the account as the parent’s. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If anything material changes, we’ll update the date at the top and note what changed in our next email. For non-material changes, we just update this page.
